摘要
随着塑料挤出成型工艺的广泛应用和发展。单螺杆挤出机由于其操作容易、成本低、应用性广等特点而成为塑料制品的主要成型设备之一,通过对国内外文献的阅读总结,对单螺杆挤出机加料段是否加置衬套,以及衬套上开设槽纹的形状进行分析。根据普通单螺杆挤出机和加料段机筒开直槽单螺杆挤出机(IKV单螺杆挤出机)固体输送段物料输送存在的问题,研制了一种加料段机筒配置螺旋沟槽衬套的新型单螺杆挤出机。通过对衬套的设计,解决了衬套开设直槽存在温度高、剪切应力大、摩损严重等问题,优化了挤出机的性能,提高了生产效率。

ABSTRACT
With the extensive application and development of plastic extrusion molding process. Due to the single-screw extruder its easy operation, low cost, and wide applicability to e one of the main characteristics of the plastics molding reading literature summary,Single-screw extruder feed zone is plus home bushings, and the shape of the opening groove bushing the conveying problems ,existing in the solid conveying zone of the conventional single screw extruders and the single screw extruders that use the IKV system, a kind of single extruder whose feed section prising of a feed bushing that has several helical grooves in its inner surface was designed. Its conveying theory was also studied. It can realize positive conveying in the solid conveying zone. Besides, it can also solve the bush opened straight groove presence of high temperature, shear stress, wear and other serious problems, optimize the performance of the extruder, improve production efficiency.
