摘要
在经济系统中,信息是一个重要因素。以经济系统的信息为出发点,将经
济系统的最优控制问题作为本课题的研究对象,基于信息融合理论,提出了经
济系统控制的新方法。
针对经济系统的有关特点,研究了经济系统模型的状态空间转换方法,并
给出了经济系统的可控性和可观性的定义和判定依据。
建立了经济系统状态约束条件下和输出约束条件下的信息融合统一线性模
型,总结了经济系统的信息量和信息转换特点,介绍了经济系统信息的融合方
式,并以此为基础,对经济系统的控制问题进行研究。
选取了三个典型的经济系统作为控制对象,根据不同的控制目标,分别采
用不同的控制策略设计方案,对信息融合理论在经济系统控制中的应用进行研
究。其一,对一类动态投入产出系统设计了在带期望状态量约束下的信息融合
最优状态调节策略,使系统的总产出和消费供应量跟踪期望值并保持稳定增长;
其二,对一类微观非均衡经济系统设计了信息融合最优输出调节策略,使系统
的供求差和价格波动趋近于零;其三,对一类宏观经济系统设计了信息融合最
优跟踪策略,使国民总产出跟踪了国民总收入并保持稳定增长。
通过对若干个具体经济系统实例的仿真研究,验证了在不同的控制策略和
系统模型的情况下,信息融合理论对经济系统控制的有效性。

基于信息融合理论的若干类经济系统控制研究
Abstract
In the economic system, the information is an important factor. Take economic
systems information as the starting point, the optimal control problems of economic
system as the object of study subjects, base on information fusion control theory,
propose new economic control method.
Study the conversion methods of state space models on economic system
corresponding to the economic system features, and present the definition and
determination of the economic system controllability and observability.
Develop the information fusion unity linear model of the economic system when
the state constraints and the output restraint, sum up the features of economic systems
information, introduce the approaches of information on economic system, and on
this basis, study the issue of economic system control.
Take three representative economic systems as a control object, separately using
different control law design program, study the applications of information fusion
control theory in the economic systems. First, design information integration optimal
state regulator to the dynamic input-output system,and make the system's total output
and consumption supply tracking expectations and maintain steady growth; Second
design optimal output regulator to the disequilibrium micro-economic system, and
