随着我国贸易出超地位的改变,人民币的升值,中国作为进口大国的地位逐渐显现。与此同时,倾销作为外国生产商争夺我国市场的一种竞争手段,开始逐渐频繁出现,中国在应对国外反倾销调查的同时,也开始主动对外发起反倾销调查。
氨纶作为一种高档纺织材料,我国的氨纶产业起步晚了西方50多年,但发展迅速,作为一个技术相对薄弱的新型市场,国际氨纶巨头经常对华倾销。泰和新材作为中国烟台市第一家氨纶企业,牵头其他氨纶企业,发起对国外的反倾销调查,对于保护我国氨纶产业,有重要意义。
本文通过对烟台市氨纶行业的反倾销调查应对情况,分析我国氨纶产业市场现状,从地域角度分析烟台市氨纶行业与氨纶企业在之前应对进口倾销过程中取得的成果和存在的问题。尝试提出烟台市氨纶行业应对低价倾销的解决方案。

Study on Taihe Spandex Industries’ Reply to Dumping
Abstract: China is usually blamed as a dumping exporter. With the development of the trade and finance. China also e a viticm of dumping. It is high time for China to do something to reply the dumping.
Spandex is a high level material for clothing. China have began this industry since 1990s,so the Spandex industry in China is young and weak. With the development of Spandex industry, China began to supply the demand itself.
The pany began to dump China market to save the interest, they hope to beat China native industry by the low price. So, here is a challenge for the hero.
Taihe new pany is one of the biggest Spandex supplier in China, and the biggest pany in YanTai city. There is an important meaning for Taihe to gather pany to reply dumping, to protect the market.
This paper is study on the situation of the Yantai Spandex industry and the history of the war to dumping. Try to find the measures of anti-dumping and protect the Yantai Spandex industy.

1 绪论
氨纶作为一种高档纺织基础原料,价格曾高达20万元/吨。我国的氨纶工业起步较晚,很多产品产业化不到10年。而国外这一产业早已趋于饱和状态,急于向外扩张。2001年以后,随着国内氨纶市场需求激增,进口开始急剧增加。
