题目: 某屠宰厂生产废水处理工程设计

摘要
本设计为屠宰厂生产废水处理设计,设计过程为初步设计。屠宰废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,属高浓度有机废水,故其生化需氧量也较大。该屠宰废水处理厂的处理水量为350m3/d,不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标为BOD浓度为450mg/L,COD浓度为900mg/L,SS浓度为520mg/L。因该废水BOD值较大,不经处理会对环境造成巨大污染,故要求处理后的排放水严格达到国家一级排放标准,即:BOD≤25mg/L,COD≤60mg/L,SS≤70mg/L。
经分析知该处理水属易生物降解又无明显毒性的废水,可采用两级生物处理以使出水达标。一级处理主要采用物理法,用来去除水中的悬浮物质和无机物。二级处理主要采用生物法,包括厌氧生物处理法中的UASB法和好氧生物处理法中的SBR法,可有效去除水中的BOD、COD。
整个工艺具有投资少,处理效果好,工艺简单,占地面积省,运行稳定,能耗少的优点。

ABSTRACT
This design is one slaughterhouse wastewater treatment. The degree of the desing is in a preliminary phase. The main distinguishing feature of the slaughterhouse wastewater treatment is that it contains the anic matters, so it belongs to the high demand is also hing. The water which needs to treatment in the slaughterhouse wastewater treatment plant is 350m3/d, regardeless of the specified future development. Various target in the raw wastewater is: the concentration of BOD is 450mg/L, the concentration of COD is 900mg/L, the concentration of SS is 520mg/L. for the slaughterhouse wastewater’s BOD is high, it could pollute the environment if drained before treatment, so it request the slaughterhouse wastewater which drained must be strictly treated to the one effluence standard in the country, which is as following: BOD≤25mg/L,COD≤60mg/L,SS≤70mg/L.
After the analysis, the quality of this processing water belongs to the wastewater that easy biology degrade and not have the obvious poison, could use two levels of biological treatment to cause the water drained meet the designated standard .first level of processing mainly uses the physical methods, which removes the suspended matter and the anic substance in the sewage. Second levels of processing mainly uses the biology methods, consists of UASB of demand oxygen biology methods and SBR of anaerobic oxygen biology methods, which could remove BOD, COD in the wastewater.
