摘要
本次设计主要针对屠宰废水进行工艺设计,屠宰废水来自于圈栏冲洗、淋洗、屠宰及其其他厂房地坪冲洗、烫毛、剖解、副食加工、洗油等,它具有水量大、排水不均匀、浓度高、杂质和悬浮物多、可生化性好等特点。另外它与其他高浓度有机废水的最大不同在于它的NH3-N浓度较高,因此在工艺设计中应充分考虑NH3-,对格栅、隔油池、调节池等构筑物进行设计计算。使处理后的污水达到国家《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13457-92)所规定的一级排放标准。

Abstract

In addition it with other high anic wastewater with the biggest difference is that NH3-N concentration is higher, therefore in the process of design should be fully considered in the NH3-N of the wastewater treatment effect. using UASB bine with SBR technology, on the grill, oil separation tank, regulating pond structure design. Treated water reached the national " discharge standard of water pollutants for meat " ( GB13457-92 ) the discharge standard of class.
