摘要
注射成型在整个制造业的生产中占有十分重要的地位。据估计,注射成型的制品约占所有模具塑料制品总产量的三分之一,注射模约占塑料成型模具数量的二分之一以上。注塑模具在模具工业中的重要性显而易见。现在,注塑模具设计和制造中的传统方法早已满足不了现代生产发展的需要。为了赢得竞争、占有市场、可持续发展,模具生产必须变革传统的生产方法,引进新技术、新思维。
在计算机技术日益发达的今天,将计算机运用于注塑模具以及制造业中己迫在眉睫。本文主要研究工作及成果如下:
l)本文具体地阐述了模具CAD/CAE的技术特点以及先进制造模式在模具行业中的应用,在分析了国际、国内模具CAD/CAE的研究现状和发展趋势的基础上,提出以计算机应用技术为手段的辅助模具设计的新方法。
2)主要针对注塑模具常见的成型方式进行了分析研究,以达到将注塑模设计过程智能化。
3)在熟悉注塑模具设计基本知识的基础上,对系统进行分析并设计出系统的总体框架,了解系统需要实现的功能,选择UG作为设计工具。分析论述了应用UG和MoldWizard模块设计注塑模具的关键技术。
4)通过对系统体系结构和功能模块具体分析,对系统进行了功能设计,划分了系统功能模块。分析了设计过程中所涉及到的具体内容,建立了系统的设计框架模型。
5)运用注塑模设计模块,包括排气系统的设计、脱模机构的设计、温度调节系统的设计、成型零部件设计等;
6) 运用UG软件MoldWizard模块中的自动分型、修补开口及孔洞和自动生成型芯和型腔的方法。把握好镶块、抽芯及脱模方向几个关键问题, 即能实现较复杂塑料模具的快速设计。
7)用户利用本系统进行注塑模设计时,可以方便、准确、快速地查询和计算出所有设计参数。在模具设计过程中还可以修改或增加新的内容来完善参数表中的内容,使软件具有成长性,极大限度的利用已有的知识和以往设计经验,避免重复劳动,进一步加快了对新模具进行设计。它是模具设计智能化、快速化的重要技术手段。

Abstract
Injection forming and stamping forming plays an important role in the manufacturing business. By estimate ,product of injection forming accounts for about one third of the total output of plastics prouduced by moulding ,and injection mould accounts for moe than a half of placstic formed mould ,and blanking die account for about 50% of the gross prouduct of the die industry , therefore, the importance of the injection mouling and blanking die is obvious to see. Now, the traditional way of die designing and manufacture can hardly meet the need of the modern production. In ordre to win petition ,occupy market and for the sake of persistent development, the industries have to change traditional manufacturing means. Introducing new tehniques and information tehnology into this field correspond with the current.
With the increasing development of uter technology today,it is an inevitable trend to employ puter into die designing and main content nd poducts in this
