文档介绍:摘要
随着经济的发展、余暇时间的增多以及生活观念的转变,休闲已成为人们日常生
活的重要组成部分。休闲作为现代社会一种全新的生活形态,为人们在工作以外个人
兴趣的充分发展、身体素质的全面提高、心理素质的合理完善、人格精神的现代化乃
至社会群体意识的现代化,提供了现实的条件和实施的载体。相应的城市居民对居住
区休闲设施就有了更高的要求。
目前我国很多居住区的休闲设施规划设计存在着重视设施的形态,轻视休闲设施
适用性的现象。休闲设施还不能满足居民日常使用的多样性需求,造成室外休闲环境
质量不高,设施使用率低,空间缺乏活力等问题。如何解决日益突出的矛盾,满足居
民的休闲需求,改善和提高居住区休闲设施的质和量,提高休闲设施适用性是本文研
究的主要内容。
首先,文章对休闲及其相关概念、休闲与人居环境的关系,休闲设施概念进行了
阐述;回顾了休闲设施的发展历程,对当前居住区休闲设施存在的主要问题进行了分
析。
其次,文章系统阐述了休闲设施适用性设计的内涵和表现特征,确立了以人为本
为核心的居住区休闲设施适用性设计理念。
然后,文章通过对居民的休闲行为、心理感知和自然环境的分析,探讨了休闲行
为和自然环境对休闲设施的影响和要求。
最后,通过对以上内容的总结,提出了居住区休闲设施适用性设计原则,从休憩
设施、活动场地和休闲器械三个方面探讨了居住区休闲设施适用性设计具体手法。

Abstract
Along with economy developing, leisure time increasing and life concept changing,
leisure has e an important part of people’s daily life. As a new life in modern society,
leisure provide realistic conditions and practical carrier with the full development of
individuals interest, enhancing physiques, reasonable perfection of psychological quality,
modernization of personality spirits and social groups’ awareness except working.
Accordingly, urban residents have a higher requirement of leisure facilities in their
residential areas.
Nowadays, there is a phenomenon that form of facilities is regarded while use of that
is neglected in leisure facilities planning and design of residential zone in China. Leisure
facilities can't meet the various requirements of residents' daily life; meanwhile there is a
series of problems such as low quality of the outdoors' leisure conditions, low using rate of
leisure facilities, lacking of space vitality and so on. So the main content in the paper is that
how to deal with increasing conflicts, to meet residents’ recreational needs, to improve
quality and quantity of leisure facilities in residential zone and to enhance the applicability
of leisure equipments.
