摘要
保护历史城市,尤其是保护历史文化名城,首先要保护历史街区,
保存城市的肌理与空间特色,这己经是历史文化遗产保护工作者和广
大规划师、建筑师等专业学者们的共识。但当前中国的经济建设与不
断加快的城市化进程引发了一系列新的历史条件下关于历史街区保
护与更新的问题。
本论文选择扬州东关街历史街区作为研究对象,首先通过对现存
的文字资料、图片资料等文献、档案获取大量的扬州东关街历史街区
发展的信息,研究了其形成与发展的历史过程,指出了当前历史街区
面临的现状与诸多问题并分析了产生问题的内在原因。在此基础上,
从建筑学与城市规划的专业角度分析了扬州东关街历史街区的物质
空间形态特征,并从社会、经济、文化等多方面进行深入的探讨,剖
析了扬州东关街历史街区的社会空间形态。最后在认识了其空间形态
的基础上,主要从城市设计、街道环境和建筑单体三方面对扬州东关
街历史街区保护与更新的模式进行了研究,为历史街区的保护与更新
提供了一些思路与方法。

RESEARCH ON CONSERCATION AND RESORATION
OF HISTORICAL AERA OF DONGGUAN STREET IN
YANGZHOU
ABSTRACT
The protection of historic block and anization is the most
important task of the protection of historic cities, especially of historic
cultural cities. This has been universally by the experts who study in the
fields of historic protection, urban planning and architecture. But now,
there are many problems happened in the course of economic
construction and urbanization.
This thesis chooses to do the research on the Dongguan historic
blocks in Yangzhou. Investigating their courses of the forming and the
development on the base of the large information from the literatures of
the letters and pictures, the thesis points out and explains the problems
existing in the Dongguan historic blocks in Yangzhou. And then, the
thesis analyses the substance space form of the historic blocks in the light
of the knowledge of architecture and urban planning, and also analyses
the social space form from the aspects of society, economy, culture and so
on. Finally, the thesis studies on the pattern of the protecion and renewal
of the Dongguan historic blocks in Yangzhou on the base of the
