承德地区山地住宅设计探索
摘要
随着承德社会、经济的不断发展,人口的增长速度和人口总数也达到了历史的最大值,
但由于承德四周环山的特殊地形限制,市区仅 平方公里,减去避暑山庄和河流,可
用面积仅 5 平方公里左右,居住用地十分紧张。为解决承德人口对居住建筑的不断要求和
缓解建筑用地的紧张状态,本文从建筑学的角度出发,分析和研究占承德土地总面积近
80%的山地的自然条件如何作为城镇居民开发住宅利用,并探讨在山地住宅建筑中如何体
现承德的地域性特征。
本文对当代山地住宅设计的基本方法和概念进行了总结,并借鉴了中国传统山地住
宅的特点和设计方法,重点分析了承德当地的自然环境、气候、山地的特殊地形、地貌,
以及承德的历史、文化等影响山地住宅设计的自然因素和社会因素。结合这些承德的地
域性条件,尝试性地给出适合承德地区的山地住宅设计方法。其中包括探索适应承德地
质地貌条件的山地住宅接地方法、承德山地住宅形态景观的地域性表现和山地住宅设计
中所遇到的技术性问题,如交通设计、填挖方问题和挡土墙设计。本文还分析了承德市
的城市规划及其中一些典型的山地住宅小区实例,并通过介绍实际参与的承德市上河新
村的规划项目,对前面结论进行印证。本论文通过对承德山地居住建筑的研究获得了相
当丰富的启示,可为后来者提供经验。

THE EXPLORATION OF HILLY DWELLING HOUSE
DESIGNS IN CHENG DE AREA
ABSTRACT
Cheng De city has a great development in society and economy these years, meanwhile,
the culture idea and the life style of this city had been renewed consequently, as a result,
people in this city are eager to enhance the quality of their life, the population increase speed
and population size have also reached the maximum value in history. The area of Cheng De
city restricted by the peculiar landform which is circled by mountains all around is only
square kilometers, substricts the mountain villa avoiding summer heat and river area, the
available area controls only 5square kilometers. To solve the growing demand on dwelling
house of local residents and relieve strained land for construction state, this thesis analyses and
studys on the natural conditions that hill fields counts for 80% of area of Cheng De city how to
make use of the dwelling house by the city and town dwell set off from the architecture angle,
it also brings forward a scheme to reveal the regionaltical character of Cheng De city in the
construction of hill dwelling house.
