传统居住社区是人们的生活需求、愿望、梦想和情感的物质表达形式,人们生活其中觉得
亲切平和,舒适便利,易于定向与认同,从而产生归属感和领域感。传统居住社区作为特定自
然地理环境和社会文化环境的产物,是特定空间意义的良好表达,从物质表现和观念表现两方
面,对现代人居环境建设产生影响。
基于传统居住社区的特性和它对现代人居环境建设的影响,本文以传统居住社区的空间形
态以及它的历史演变两条线索展开论述。
论文首先界定了与课题相关的一些基本概念,包括城市、社区、城市居住社区及中国城市
居住社区的相关概念与基本内容。指出传统居住社区是在居住生活过程中形成的具有地域传统
特色的社会生活共同体。
第三章以时间为线索,探讨传统居住社区空间形态的演变过程。论文论述了从秦汉至民国
传统居住社区连续、动态的发展过程,研究传统居住社区的居住规划与居住制度。指出城市中
的传统坊巷、里弄等传统居住社区,经过数千年的历史演变,而其基本形式仍在沿用,说明它
具有深刻的内涵,才具有如此的生命力。
第四章以传统居住社区的物质空间形态为主要内容。通过对空间形态物质要素的历史演变
及空间场所意义的分析,说明传统居住社区的物质性空间要素具象而直观,在一定程度上反映
出当时的社会历史背景和建筑艺术成就。同时它的形成又是一个动态的过程,是与人的生活、
思想和自然环境的完美结合。
第五章从抽象的深层结构角度出发,以传统居住社区空间形态的人文要素为主要内容进行
了分析。表明正如同构成客观世界的百余种基本元素与控制这些元素相互作用的内在规律一样,
人文要素从根本上决定了物质空间要素的组织方式,并无时无刻不以物质性空间要素为载体得
以表现,人文要素与物质空间要素互为依存,缺一不可。
文章的最后部分,在前文研究的基础上,分析了传统居住社区的营建理念对历史文化名城
保护更新、新社区的建设所具有的重要现实意义;提出了传统居住社区类规划设计的建构模式。

The traditional munity is material expression form of people's life
demand, the desire,the dream and the pelple live there,they will think
fortable、convenience, easy to detection and approval, thus has the
ownership feeling andthe domain traditional munity is the
specific natural environment and culture environment's is the good expression
about the specific spatial displays two aspects from the material
performance and the theinfluences the environment construction of
the modern people .
