警察工作倦怠和自我效能感的相关研究
摘要
工作倦怠已成为现代社会的一个普遍问题,国内外学者都对其进行了大量的研究。但目前国内对于工作倦怠的研究大都针对教师和护士等服务行业人群,关于工作倦怠与自我效能感的关系的研究也很少,对警察工作倦怠相关因素的实证研究更为缺乏,对于警察的工作倦怠与自我效能感的关系的研究则少之又少。
本研究旨在了解警察工作倦怠、自我效能感的现状,探讨二者之间的相互关系。
采用问卷调查法,运用工作倦怠量表和自我效能感量表对苏北某市的警察进行调查,通过描述性统计分析、独立样本T检验、方差分析和相关分析等方法对数据进行统计分析,得出如下结论:

。自我效能感与情绪耗竭和去人性化呈负相关,但不显著。自我效能感与个人成就感降低呈显著负相关。

Abstract
Burnout has e mon problem in modern society. Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive studies of its. But up to now, most studies on job burnout for teachers and nurses and other service industry groups, on the burnout and the relationship between self-efficacy and few studies on factors in police work, burnout is more a lack of empirical research. The work of the police burnout and self-efficacy studies is few and far between.
This study aimed to understand the burnout of police work, the status of self-efficacy to explore the relationship between the two.
Questionnaire was used, the use of job burnout scale and self-efficacy scale in a city in northern Jiangsu police investigation, through descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, independent sample T test and correlation analysis, statistical data analysis, the following conclusions:
1. Police groups exist in the phenomenon of burnout;
2. Police groups have higher self-efficacy;
3. Police burnout in sex, marriage was no significant difference;
4. Police self-efficacy in gender, the difference was not marriage significant;
5. Police self-efficacy and burnout was a significant negative correlation. Self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were negatively correlated, but not significantly. Self-efficacy and reduced personal plishment was negatively related.
