摘要:通过原水直接超滤和沉后水超滤比较,研究膜前混凝/沉淀预处理对超滤运行效能的
影响。水质检测结果表明:超滤具有高效截留水中颗粒物和微生物的效能,能将出水中的浊
度和细菌总数分别控制在 和 3CFU/ml 以下,大肠菌未检出;混凝/沉淀预处理使水
中 CODMn 和 TOC 的平均去除率分别提高约 %和 %,有效降低了出水中有机物的含
量。跨膜压力监测结果表明:混凝/沉淀预处理通过降低膜表面的污染负荷,有效的缓解了
超滤膜的可逆和不可逆污染。

Study on the effects of coagulation/sedimentation pretreatment on the
ultrafiltration performance

Abstract:The study of effects of coagulation and sedimentation pretreatment on the ultrafiltration
performance was carried out paring the ultrafiltration of raw water and effluent from
sedimentation tank. The characteristics of water qualities showed that ultrafiltration was very
effective in separating particles and anism with the turbidity and total bacterial count of
the effluent under and 3 CFU/ml respectively。And none coliform was detected in every
100ml water produced by ultrafiltration。The pretreatment of coagulation and sedimentaiton could
raise the removal rate of CODMn and TOC by % and % respectively。The curve of the
transmembrane pressure (TMP) indicated that the pretreatment of coagulation and sedimentaiton
could effectively control both reversible and irreversible membrane fouling by reducing the
pollutan
