天津地区住宅外窗节能设计研究
摘要
在能源问题日益严重的今天,建筑能耗在人类能源消耗中所占的比重越来越不能被忽
视,建筑节能成为一个世界关注的问题。在建筑围护结构的门窗、墙体、屋面、地面四大
围护部件中,门窗的绝热性最差,是影响室内热环境和建筑节能的主要因素。因此,有效
增强外窗的节能效果是提高建筑节能水平的重要环节。
本文主要以天津地区住宅建筑外窗作为研究对象,综合介绍了当今国内外住宅建筑的
外窗节能研究发展概况、各种外窗材料构造及其特性等相关知识。在这些知识的基础上,
论述了建筑外窗在保温、隔热两方面各自的能耗特点以及与这些能耗特点相对应的节能技
术措施。并采用 DeST-h 模拟计算分析结合的方法,从建筑设计人员的实际运用出发,结
合天津地区的地理位置和气候特征,提出一些适合天津地区住宅建筑外窗的节能设计方
法,以期为天津地区住宅的节能设计工作提供一些理论依据。

ABSTRACT
Building energy efficiency has e a worldwide concern considering increasing
building energy consumption which has e a serious modern day problem. Among the four
the building hedges structure parts: Doors and windows , wall body , roof covering , the floor,
the windows and doors heat insulation which is the main factors of the indoor thermal
environment and energy-saving construction is worst. Regardless of the cold environment, or the
hot, energy-saving construction often depends primarily on the effect of window treatment.
The article mainly takes the outdoor window of Tian Jin residential as research key. In this
paper, current situation of energy-conservation research of outer windows of domestic
architecture which mon both home and abroad, and design of door window
energy conserving and measures are discussed in detail, which involve such treatment methods
in many aspects as the window frame,glass and way of fuming on ,etc. On the basis of the
knowledge, This article exposes the energy consumption characteristics about the winter heat
preservation and summer heat insulation, with these characteristics of the relative power
consumption, energy-saving technologies should be measures. By using DeST-h integrated
simulation calculation, this paper analysis methods from the architectural design of the actual
and using starting w
