近代上海独立式花园住宅屋顶形态初探
摘要
近代上海独立式花园住宅大多是近代殖民地文化时期的高官巨贾或
社会名流的住所,从一个侧面反映了近代上海上层社会的一种生存状态
和社会背景,反映了西方不同地域的建筑文化对中国近代独立式住宅建
筑的影响.
屋顶作为建筑的“第五立面”,是人们从外观形态上认知和把握一栋
建筑物时最具影响力的因素。上海近代独立式花园住宅也通过各种风格
迥异的屋顶向人们展示着中西建筑文化的碰撞、古今建筑艺术的交融,
是建筑形象中极富表现力和个性的部分。
本文通过近代上海独立式花园住宅屋顶形态的研究,对当代独立式
花园住宅如何在继承历史文脉的同时进行创新发展进行了必要的理论探
索,以期对当代独立式花园住宅屋顶形态设计提供一定的理论支撑。
本文首先在深刻理解近代上海独立式花园住宅历史发展背景及分布
概况的基础上,从时间性和地域性两方面对所选取的 128 处研究对象进
行式样分类,把握其风格特征;接下来从建筑形态学的角度对它们进行
研究,解析其屋顶部分的空间形态和人文形态,抽取屋面、屋顶窗、塔
楼、烟囱、山花五个主要的形态要素进行分类归纳,总结屋顶各组成元

素以及屋顶与檐部、平立面以及周边环境间的关系,并深入探究其背后
的地域和文化内涵;最后,提炼出近代独立式花园住宅在屋顶形态塑造
方面具有借鉴意义的手法和理念,归纳出当代独立式花园住宅屋顶形态
设计在造型、用材、生态性能等方面的创新举措,并结合实例分析了近
代上海独立式花园住宅屋顶形态对当代独立式花园住宅屋顶形态设计的
指导意义。

ANALYSIS ABOUT ROOF’S MODALITY OF THE
DETACHED-HOUSE IN LATTER-DAY OF SHANGHAI
ABSTRACT
The detached-house in latter-day of ShangHai has its especial history and
cultural foundation, they reflect the life style and social background of the
upper-class, and reflect the influence from west buildings in different zones
and stages.
As the fifth part of architecture, roof is the most influential factor when
people grasp a building from appearance. Roofs of these detached-houses
show the collision and amalgamation between west and east,they are the very
ponents of a whole building.
Through the study on detached-house in latter-day of shanghai,this paper
explores how to develop a new way when hold the historial
characteristics,expecting supply a theory support for configuration design of
today’s detached-house.
