摘要
城市体形是由山体、水体、绿化和建构筑物等多种实体要素构成的,是形成城
市整体形象的重要要素。近年来,我国城市化步伐加快,城市发展速度迅猛,大中
城市中高层建筑建设量急剧增多,对城市体形的影响巨大。这反映了城市体形设计
理论和方法不完善,因此目前迫切需要相关的理论指导。
本文从现代城市设计的角度出发,论述了城市体形的研究背景和研究意义,通
过对城市体形的构成元素、特性、影响因素和城市体形设计学科关系的分析,来展
开城市整体体形设计和城市重要公共空间的体形设计原则与方法研究。但是并非所
有的城市中的建筑群落都属于城市体形的研究范围,城市体形必须在视点远离被观
测物一定空间距离时才能体验到;同时,并非城市的任何部位都有研究城市体形的
必要,通常情况下,城市景观的重要部位是城市体形研究的重点如城市滨水地带,
建筑围合的城市广场周围和其他城市中观景频率较高的地方。
因为城市体形不是一次性产生的,而是随着时间的推移不断的变化着。所以本
课题中研究的城市体形设计并不是一次性完成的方案设计,而是对城市体形的各个
方面进行指导和控制。由此得出的设计方法也不同于一般的城市设计的具体设计方
法,而是有些类似于控制的原则和指引的要点,希望以这种方法来指导城市体形的
形成,对现有的城市体形进行整合,对城市中新增建筑进行控制,并对我国目前迅
速发展的新区、新城的建设进行引导。

Abstract
Urban figure is formed by many kinds of entities, such as the natural massif, water ,
virescence and building, it is the important key element of forming the overall regional
environmental image. In recent years, the urbanization paces of our country are
accelerated, the speed of urban development is swift and violent, having brought the
changing fast of cityscape, especially the skyscraper increases sharply in the large and
medium cities, with great influence on urban figure. It have reflected the design theory ,
method and means are not perfect. So it needs relevant directive theory urgently at present.
This text proceeds from angle of the modern urban-plan, has dissertated the research
background of urban figure and research meaning, through analysising position
element , characteristic , influence factor and the discipline relationship of urban figure,
following studying the city whole figure design-method and the city important public
space figure design-method. But not all munity of urban architecture in cities
belong to the research range of urban figure, urban figure could be experienced with far
away view-point; Meanwhile, it is not that any position of the city is necessary to study
urban figure , generally, important position of cityscape like the bank wate
