摘 要:高职院校学生顶岗实习是实践性教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节,企业往往能够提供的实习岗位类
型相对单一、有限, 且容易产生劳务纠纷等问题, 不但会影响学生实习质量, 而且学生的合法权会益受到损害。
因此, 探索与研究学生顶岗实习期间存在的问题及对策具有极其重要的意义。

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Post Practice for

Abstract: Post practice an important and indispensable part of practical teaching system for college students. However,
the panies can provide are relatively limited and unitary and prone to labor disputes and other issues, which
will not only affect the quality of students’ post practice but also do harm to student’s legitimate interests. Therefore, it
is of great significance to explore and study the problems and countermeasures of students’ post practice.

高等职业教育作为教育发展中的一个类型,肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线的技
能型人才的使命。其特殊的教育类型和特定的培养目标决定了实践教学体系在人才培养过程中的重要
作用。实践证明,顶岗实习以其工作岗位的真实性、工作环境的复杂性、工作经历的综合性成为职业
院校实践教学体系不可缺少的重要环节, 它不但能弥补课堂教学的局限性,而且是学生职业素质培养
与思想政治素质锤炼最为有效的教学组织模式之一。
一、学生顶岗实习的特点
