摘要
我分配到的毕业设计内容是端盖零件工艺规程及铣大平面夹具设计,包括零件图,毛坯图,装配图和夹具零件图各一张,机械加工工艺过程卡片与工序卡片各一张。首先我要熟悉零件和了解其作用。然后,根据零件的性质和零件图上各端面的粗糙度确定毛坯的尺寸和机械加工余量。最后拟定端盖的工艺路线图,制定该工件的夹紧方案,画出夹具装配图。
这次在老师的精心的指导下,我独立完成了端盖夹具的设计,在设计的过程中走了不少的弯路,最后还是取得了成功。通过这次系统的学习,使我了解了机械加工的一半工艺过程,也使我认识到了,设计是一个综合的过程,它是对我以前所学的专业课的巩固,也是对我思路的开阔,同时也对我的未来产生了很大的影响,以前我对机械的概念就是下车间干活,现在通过对夹具的设计,使我感到了这其中的乐趣,我更加热爱这个专业。

Finally, cover the process map out the clamping workpiece, draw assembly fixtures.
The teacher carefully, under the guidance of pleted my rear fixture design, the design process of a detour walked, finally eeded. Through this system, make me know half the machining process, also make me realize that design is prehensive process, it is of course before I learned to my thoughts, and consolidate the open, also for my future produced great impact on machinery, I used the concept of the workshop is working on now, through the design of fixture, make me feel the fun, I love this professional.
