摘要
随着社会生产力的不断提高,科学文化的不段进步,人民生活水平不断提高,汽车已经成为社会生活不可缺少的交通工具。汽车不断发展的一个重要标志就是电子产品在汽车上的应用越来越广泛。在环境影响越来越被重视的今天,汽车的环境污染问题也受到重视,而电控发动机因其低排放污染,良好的动力性和经济性已经成为汽车发动机不可缺少的一部分。其组件主要有空气流量计、进气温度传感器/进气压力传感器、水温传感器、氧传感器、爆燃传感器、综合式节气门位置传感器、光电式凸轮轴/曲轴位置传感器、怠速控制阀、喷油器。本文主要介绍电控发动机以上各主要传感器、执行器的故障现象和检测方法。

Abstract
With the improvement of social productivity and scientific culture is progress, people's living standards improve social life, the car has e the indispensable traffic tools. The continuous development of automobile electronic products is an important symbol in the car used more widely. In the environmental impact is taken seriously more and more today, automobile pollution problem has attention, but because of its low electronic-controlled engine emission pollution, good performance and fuel economy has e an indispensable part of automobile engine. The ponents of air flow, the inlet temperature sensor/inlet pressure sensor, temperature sensors, oxygen sensors, knock sensor, comprehensive type throttle position sensor, the camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, idle, injector valve. This paper mainly introduces the main above electronic-controlled engine sensor, the actuator fault phenomena and detection methods.
