摘要::Wnt信号转导通路(简称Wnt通路)是一条在进化上保守的信号途径,在胚胎发育和中枢神经系统形成中起关键作用,可调控细胞的生长、迁移和分化。它主要由经典Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号途径和非经典的Wnt信号途径(Wnt/平面细胞的极性途径和Wnt/Ca2+途径)组成。近年来的研究发现,它是一条与肿瘤有密切关系的信号转导通路,其在癌症发生、发展中所起的重要作用也逐渐被揭示。本文通过介绍wnt信号通路的组成,转导以及与肿瘤发生的关系,为今后深入研究该信号通路以及靶向药物设计奠定一定的理论基础

Abstract:The Wnt signal transduction pathway (shortenastheWntpathwaybelow) is an evolutionarily con-served signaling pathway that plays animportant role in fetal development and central nervous system formation, an cell growth, migration, and differentiation. It is mainly consist of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway and then on canonical pathway (theWnt/planarcellpolarity(PCP) pathway, and the Wnt/Ca2+pathway).Recent researche revealed that the Wnt pathway beassociated with cancer,and its importan trolein cancer genesis and development were toberevealed. In this paper,It introduce the consitent of the Wnt pathways, transport and the relationship between the pathway
