摘要:目的阐明海洋来源细菌CB101(Aeromonas sp.)的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法对海洋来源细菌CB101(Aeromonas sp.)的总提取物采取硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及半制备HPLC等分离手段进行活性追踪分离,通过理化性质及波谱学手段进行化学结构鉴定,以SRB及MTT法评价化合物的抗肿瘤活性。结果与结论从海洋来源细菌CB101(Aeromonas sp.)的发酵产物中共分离得到9个吲哚衍生物类化合物(1-9),其化学结构分别鉴定为4-[bis-(3-indolyl)methyl]quinoline (1),2,2-bis(3-indolyl)ethyl-butyrate (2), 4-(3-indolyl) hexan-2-one (3),吲哚(4),trisindoline (5),indole-3-ethanol (6),2,2-di(3-indolyl)-3-indolone (7),2-[2,2-bis(1H-indol-3-yl)-ethyl]phenylamine (8),1,1,1-tris(3-indolyl)methane (9), 其中化合物1-3为新化合物且具有较弱的抗肿瘤活性。
