摘要
含笑花具有祛瘀生新,活血止痛之功效。为了更好地利用含笑资源,扩大其药用部位源,本实验采用挥发油提取器提取和溶剂提取二种不同方法分别提取含笑花挥发油,运用固相微萃取和毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其挥发油进行了化学成分分析,同时也采用一种鲜花直接固相微萃取的对照测定试验。结果显示,从挥发油提取器提取所得挥发油中鉴定出了31种化合物,从乙醚提取所得挥发油中分别鉴定出了31种化合物, 直接从鲜花室温固相微萃取的组分中鉴定出了14种化合物。面积归一法测定了3种方法所鉴定出成分的相对质量分数,%,%%。3种挥发油化学组成各有异同,前两种方法提取的主要成分为萜类化合物:β-榄香烯、β-石竹烯、α-石竹烯、γ-榄香烯、大根香叶烯D。第三种方法提取的主要成分为脂类:异丁酸乙酯、乙酸异丁酯、丁酸乙酯、异丁酸异丁酯、己酸乙酯、己酸-2-甲基丙酯。

Analysis of the Essential Oils from the Flower Of Michelia Figo by GasChromatography-Mass Spectrometry

【Abstract】  Objective  The flower of Michelia figocould eliminate stasis, engender the new, quicken the blood andrelieve pain. In order to enlarge the medication parts, make better use of resources of Michelia figo.
