摘要: 目的建立一种测定洗涤液中三氯生含量的方法。方法用一阶导数紫外分光光度法消除洗涤液中其他成份的干扰,准确测定三氯生的含量。结果该方法准确度和精密度较高,三氯生高、中、%,%,%;%,%,%。结论可以用一阶导数分光光度法测定某些含香精的洗涤液中三氯生的含量。消除香精对三氯生含量测定的干扰。

Determination of Triclosan in Cleaning Solutions by the First-order Derivative Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of triclosan in cleaning solutions. METHODS Triclosan was directly determined with the first-order derivative UV spectrophotometry to diminish the disturbance of other ingredients in cleaning solutions. RESULTS The first-derivative spectrophotometry showed good accuracy and repetition. The average recoveries at high, medium and low concentrations were %, % and %, respectively, with RSD %, % and % (n=3). CONCLUSION This method can be used in the analysis of some cleaning solutions containing both triclosan and some other fragrant without separation process. The interference of fragrant in the preparation was eliminated.
