摘要目的研究伊曲康唑脂质体体外抗深部真菌作用。方法参照美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI,LS)推荐的M27-A2方案微量液基稀释法,测定伊曲康唑脂质体、伊曲康唑注射液的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MFC),采用平皿菌落计数法绘制杀菌曲线。结果伊曲康唑脂质体与伊曲康唑注射液相比,对56株受试菌株的MIC、MFC和杀菌曲线相似。结论伊曲康唑脂质体保持了与市售伊曲康唑注射液相似的体外抑菌、杀菌活性,具有良好的体外抗真菌作用。

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To study the antifungal activity of Itraconazole Liposome in vitro. METHODS According to the reference M27-A2 broth microdilution method mended by the clinical and laboratory standards institute (CLSI; formerly NCCLS) mittee, assay the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimal fungicidal concentration (MFC) of Itraconazole Liposome and Itraconazole Injection, killing curve was drown by calculating the colony number . RESULTS MIC, MFC and killing curve of Itraconazole Liposome against 56 fungi were similar to those of Itraconazole Injection in experiments
