摘要:研究了不同处理量下,系统反应温度对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化过程中产气量的影响,分析了餐厨垃圾厌氧消
化处理过程中,产气量与进料 TS 浓度的关系以及气体成分的差异。结果表明:在相同处理量下,与中温 35 ℃的反应
温度相比,高温 55 ℃下系统产气速率较快,产气高峰较早到达;系统日产气量与进料 TS 的变化基本一致,平均产气
能力达到 0. 45 m3/kg,气体成分中甲烷含量均高于 55%。

Abstract In the process of food waste anaerobic digestion, the effects of temperature on biogas production under
different treating capacities were studied. The relation between biogas production and total solid concentration of food waste were
analyzed, as well as ponents of the biogas. The results showed that under the same treating capacity, thermophilic
anaerobic digestion (55 ℃) had a higher biogas production rate and the highest production day came pared with
mesophilic anaerobic digestion (35 ℃) . Moreover, the variation of the daily biogas production was nearly the same as the
variation of total solid. The average biogas production rate was 0. 45 m3/kg and the percentage of methane was more than 55
percent.
