传统民居作为一个反映民族特色地方特点区域文化的建筑样式现已成为了
研究的热点许多研究工作者和建筑方面的学者都陶醉于它的美学价值大量的研
究工作铺在了资料的收集和研究上将民居的艺术性推向了致高的精神境界为了
保护这种价值甚至把它变成了一个禁区冠以传统之名生怕对它有所冒
犯总在谈到的内容是如何保护如何发掘如何修缮如何欣赏但他们都忽视
了民居中的居住体即本体人的生活质量而事实上民居中的人过的怎么样
却似乎没有人关心本文就是基于这一点首先调查湖北民居的居住和生活状况
然后研究其热舒适性时代进步了思想改变了生活水平提高了突然民居没
有变因此产生了农民对民居的乱改乱建在湖北省境内就更是这样在全面的保
护研究工作还没有进行时民居中的传统精髓就被破坏了现阶段急需一套思
路一套切实可行的办法既能够保护传统能够结合传统又能够提高农
民的生活质量
本文在民居研究中引入室内热舒适性的概念研究湖北民居已有的传统文化
结构构造等特点将其中已有的有利于室内空间环境质量的因素加以提炼发扬
以满足热舒适性的参数为标准从定性和定量两方面来分析提出一些改进的意见
对精华特点加以继承和发扬对不足的地方进行合理的改进在尊重传统的基础上
突破对传统的曲解用发展的眼光来看待传统在今天的实际意义从发展的角度来
让传统民居可以适于今天农民居住形成一个让湖北民居良性发展的局面让多年
不变的传统民居开始参与到农民生活的发展思想的变化中

ABSTRACT
Traditional dwelling that reflect the race style, the district culture, local
characteristics is now having e the focus of research, many investigators and
scholars of architecture are infatuating with its value of art. A lot of research work put into
the collections of the data and research, and pushed the people to face with the result of
high spirit state. For protecting this kind of the value, even turned it into a forbidding area,
named it “tradition”, and fearing “violation” to it. They always talk about how to protect,
how to discover, how to repair, and how to enjoy. But they all neglected the people who
lived in the dwelling, namely the person's living condition in “essence”. But how about
the farmers’ living condition that was so less cared about. This article is based on this
point, at first, investigating the farmers’ living condition, then set up the conception of
fort of HuBei dwelling. Time changed and the thought changed, the living
level increased, but “suddenly” the traditional dwelling did not change. .Therefore the
farmers changed the dwelling as their pleases, the same as the farmers in the province of
Hubei. Before plete protection for traditional dwelling, the traditional essence is
