高校学生公寓区是校园的重要组成部分是学生进行学习社会交往和生活体
验的重要场所本文力图从学生公寓的使用者学生的角度出发探索学生公寓
总体布局空间层次及单元间的人性化设计
学生公寓是高校后勤社会化的产物高校合并高校扩招及大批大学城的兴建
是高校后勤社会化的催化剂也是学生公寓建设的时代背景本文通过国内外大学
生居住概况及居住体制的研究对比及对大学生主体要素的分析及调查问卷使我们
更准确的把握学生对学生公寓的功能要求以此为出发点结合我国国情展开具体
研究
学生公寓的总体布局一章着重论述学生公寓区的规模限定与城市及校园的
关系布局方式等因素强调指出学生公寓区的规模应限制在一定范围以及学生公
寓区的开放性设计原则与趋势对公寓区的道路交通系统组织包括自行车停放中
的若干问题提出了解决方法
学生公寓空间层次的研究中提出了我国大学生公寓区的大致空间结构层次
指出居住单元是内部空间结构建设的重点居住建筑及居住组团则是外部空间体系
建设的重点在结构的等次划分中应注重层次中的规模限定与公共空间的有效使
用针对我国现阶段学生公寓区交往空间缺乏的现状提出了若干具体的设计方法
单元间设计的一章主要对物理环境空间设计和家具设置三方面进行研究
物理环境主要从住居空间的基本尺寸热光声环境及空气质量方面进行论述
空间设计一节中分析了各种功能空间的具体要求对不同居住人数的各种单元间空
间布局方式进行研究分析比较各自的优缺点以供设计中根据具体情况优化选择
家具设置的研究以大学生的生理机能和心理需求为出发点对单元间内各种家具进
行了具体的研究研究结果对家具的设计选择有参考价值
本文对大学生公寓内外部空间的人性化设计进行了研究研究成果对于提高
大学生居住质量改善大学生居住环境有积极意义

Student dormitory facilities is an important part in high educational institutions It provide the
students a place where they can study and live in The thesis tries to study some factors of the student
dormitory facilities on basic of analyzing the student. The thesis is divided into three parts and seven
chapters:
Part one including chapter 1 and 2.
This part mainly states the background of the building of student dormitory. By study the living
situation and living system of foreign school, our situation was analyzed and some reform plan was
brought forward.
Part two including chapter 3 to 6, it’s the body of the thesis.
Focus on the characters of the student, some ideas were given to dormitory facilities planning and
design.
Chapter 3, by study the investigation form the students, the demand of the student to the
dormitory facilities was confirmed and e out to be a springboard to study the student dormitory
design.
Chapter 4, all factors of the student dormitory collectivity plan were discussed in the chapter,
such as the dimension limit, the relationship with the city and the campus, the method of collectivity
