Abstract
The paper tries to study the chinese contemporary inhabitation model of urban
small dwelling-size apartment on the conception of inhabitation theory.
This paper first gives the border of investigator object urban small
dwelling-size apartment from dwelling space\dwelling area and inhabitant.
By means of adjust our country urbanization’s progress,analyses the population structure
of city ,points out wide-ranging quality of small dwelling-size apartment inhabitant and
good marketplace foreground of small dwelling-size apartment.
This paper systemically introduces the conception of dwelling and the present
development situation of inhabitation theory,also analyses the main feature of small
dwelling-size apartment’s inhabitation model. It profoundly analyses the connections
about the form of today’s small dwelling-size apartment’s inhabitation model with social
competition population structure of urban work state in munication state and
consumption psychology of urban young people,concludes two kinds of small
dwelling-size apartment’s inhabitation model :type of work study and type of life
