上海历史文化名镇朱家角,是典型的江南水乡城镇。随着经济与社会的发展,
朱家角老镇区滨水住区的物质、功能、结构老化现象严重,已经不能满足人们新
时代居住生活的要求,而新建设的滨水住区多着眼于居民一般性生活需求,既不
注重空间结构与传统滨水住区的衔接,也不注重当地传统居住文化的发掘和延
续,使滨水住区丧失了当地文化特点,因此存在很多问题和矛盾。本课题以朱家
角的滨水住区发展为研究对象,讨论其物质空间与风貌发展形成的历史与现状,
结合朱家角正在进行的滨水住区开发和建设实践,分析研究解决滨水住区现存问
题的对策与措施,总结其实践经验,对将来的发展规划和建设提出一些意见和建
议。全文共六章:
第一章绪论,简单论述了本文的研究缘起、目的和研究意义,对论文主要概
念做出界定,简要介绍了研究内容、研究方法和研究框架;
第二章介绍欧美国家及国内的滨水住区建设的理论,对欧美国家以及国内滨
水住区建设实例进行分析与归纳;
第三章介绍了江南水乡古镇朱家角的历史沿革、滨水住区发展现状,指出其
存在问题和矛盾,提出解决问题和矛盾的必要性;
第四章从滨水住区的规划、土地使用功能和住宅密度、空间场所营造、居民
出行交通方式的选择对城镇风貌以及居住文化形成的影响、建筑建造方式以及现
代建筑材料和建造技术的使用等方面问题对朱家角滨水住区建设的对策和措施
进行讨论;
第五章结合上述己有理论探讨,对“新江南水乡”国际设计竞赛、多层中密
度、低层高密度、低层低密度形式的滨水住区等各钟不同开发形式的规划设计和
建设具体案例进行实际分析,对以上理论对策和措施进行实证研究;
第六章对全文进行归纳总结,并对本论题后续研究工作做一展望。

摘要
ABSTRACT
Zhujiajiao is a typical ancient water town in the south of the Yangtze River,
located in west Shanghai. With the development of economy and society, the
substance, function and structure of waterfront residential area in old-town of
Zhujiajiao are out of date seriously, and even they cannot meet people's living
demands in the new era. However the newly-built waterfront residential area just put
their emphasis on the basic living demand. Neither were it paid attention to
combination of the space structure, nor the discovery and continuation of traditional
residential culture, which eventually resulted in the losing of the Jiangnan cultural
characteristics. Therefore lots of problems and contradictions are being existed. By
selecting the development of waterfront residential district and exploitation of
inhabitable town in Zhujiajiao as the study object, the author discusses the history and
present condition of evolution in substance space and feature of Jiangnan waterfront
