当前我国医院及其医疗理念的变化对医院建筑设计影响的理论研究不够本
论文通过调查和收集资料分析比较医疗理念变化前后的医院建筑设计并加以总
结归纳将抽象的医疗理念分解为具体的建筑设计方法并在此基础上对某些
医院设计实例进行分析以提供一个粗浅的建筑设计方法的框架为我国方兴未艾
的医院建筑设计提供资料和参考
本论文首先简述了医院建筑发展的历程并指出我国当前医院建设中存在的问
题然后从思想社会经济等角度分析了复合性医疗理念产生的原因同时指出
影响医院建筑设计的二个重要因素接着从医院建筑的总体规划整体环境门诊
布局专科单元护理单元等主要方面入手对传统医院生物医疗理念指导和
复合性医疗理念指导下医院的建筑设计进行比较分析总结出复合型医疗理念建
筑设计在空间组织环境控制细部深化和系统设计等设计方法上的变化归纳
整理出复合型医疗理念的医院建筑设计的发展经验
我希望有助于促进我的提高为更深入的研究提供一个方
向共同推动我国医院建筑的现代化发展

Abstract
The hospital building is a special type of civil building, and also plicated
type which change fastest in civil architecture. Hospital buildings are now in rapid
development in our country and the requests of construction are changing fast. Among all
kinds of various factors, the medical treatment idea is of the most extensive and the
deepest influence.
But now there is not enough theory research on the influences that the medical
treatment idea has brought to the hospital building design in our country. Through the way
of investigation and collection, the essay analyzes the designs of hospital building before
and after the changes of medical treatment ideas and then changes the abstract concept of
medical treatment into particular design method. Based on the foundation, by the way of
analyzing some hospital building designs, the essay promotes a superficial frame of the
hospital building design for the unfolding construction field of our country.
First, the essay sketches the development process of the hospital building and point
out the problems in current hospital constructions in our country. Then it analyzes the
reasons why pound medical treatment es into being, from angles of
ideology, society , economy and so on. At the same time it points out the two important
