在网络和多媒体技术越来越发达的今天,信息检索技术成了现在计算机领域的重要内容,而图像检索技术正是这其中的重要内容之一。网络资源的极大丰富以及图像检索技术不断发展成熟,使得图像检索技术的应用领域不断扩大,这为图像检索技术的继续研究提供条件。
以此同时,随着网络传送速度与计算机信息处理速度的提高,网页中对多媒体信息的使用变得十分普及,特别是图像信息,己经成为表示网页内容不可缺少的组成部分。在实现对网页中文本信息提取的同时,如何再为用户抽取所需的图片资料,是信息检索中一个重要的方面。于是各种基于Web的图像检索系统应运而生。它们采用不同的工作方式,极大地方便了用户对网上图像进行检索。
本文首先介绍各种图像检索技术的工作原理、研究现状、相关图像检索引擎与发展趋势;然后,对几种比较热门的图像检索算法进行研究和对比。

Abstract
With the development of work and multimedia technology, information retrieval technique has been the important content of puter field now.,of which image retrieval is exactly one important content. work resources are enriching greatly and image retrieval is developing constantly make applications of image retrieval technique expand constantly, which offer convenience for further research of image retrieval.
With the improvement of the transfer rate of work and information processing speeds of puter, it monplace that the webpage use multimedia information ,especially image information which is indispensable for contents of the webpage. While realizing drawing textual information of the webpage, how to collect the necessary picture materials for users again, it is an important respect in information retrieval. Therefore various kinds of image retrieval systems based on Web were created. They adopt different working way, and help user search the images online.
This paper first introduced various kinds of principles of image retrieval , current situation , relevant image search engine and development trend. Then, make some study and contrast of some heat image retrieval algorithms.

敏感图像检索的目的与意义
   图象检索随着多媒体技术和计算机网络的飞速发展已成为一个非常活跃的研究领域。现代电子技术、计算机技术、网络通信技术和多媒体技术迅猛发展,给我们的生活带来了很多方便和变化,而不断出现庞大的、不同内容的图像信息库,也似乎给我们带来了不少的困扰,网上大量不良图像对广大青年人的有很多毒害。目前的不良防火墙大多只是基于文本和颜色的屏蔽。虽然能起到一定的作用,但是也存在以下的一些问题:
(1)基于文本的图象检索存在人工标注费时,费力的问题,很多敏感词被手工排除了。描述词非常的主观不同的人对同一幅图像数据可能有不
