摘要
随着中国近年来城市化和城市经济的飞速发展,全国各大中城市的商业建筑综
合体大量涌现,但许多商业建筑综合体没能有机的融入城市空间,因而无法创造
应有的商业价值,并给城市带来一定的负面影响。这不仅造成资源的巨大浪费更
带来一系列的城市问题如:城市交通系统不畅、城市功能效率降低、城市生活质
量降低、城市商业环境衰退等。由此,本文通过对相关的理论研究分析结合对长
沙市五一广场区域的实证研究,探询二者有机融合的问题,并从宏观、中观和微
观的层面提出了解决问题的对策和建议。提出商业建筑综合体要在城市交通、城
市功能、城市肌理、城市生态和城市商业五方面与城市空间进行有机的融合。此
项研究能为以后商业建筑综合体建设和现有建筑的改造提供一定借鉴。
本文通过对建筑学、城市规划、商业地理不同学科的理论研究,探究了城市
中心区商业建筑综合体与城市空间相互影响的机制和存在问题,并提出自己的见
解。在学科融合的角度有一定的创新性。
全文共分为 5 章,其中重点是 4、5 章。结论部分对研究结果做了概括性总结。
第 1 章绪论。本章阐述了论文的研究背景和意义,确定了研究的目标和方法
体系,构建了论文研究的逻辑框架。
第 2 章概念及相关理论研究辨析。本章详细辨析了商业建筑综合体和城市空
间的概念,诠释了对有机融合的理解,确定了论文的研究概念、区域和时间范围。
第 3 章商业建筑综合体的发展过程和特征。本章回顾了商业建筑综合体的发
展过程,总结了它的特征,分析了发展的内在原因,最后对它的未来发展趋势做
出预测。
第 4 章商业建筑综合体与城市空间相互影响机制及问题研究。本章通过对城
市功能、城市空间形态、城市交通等方面的研究,探询了商业建筑综合体与城市
空间相互影响机制及问题。
第 5 章商业建筑综合体实证及与城市空间有机融合方法研究。本章通过对实
证的研究,归纳了有机融合的五方面。提出了相应解决方法。

Abstract
Because of the rapid urbanization and city's economic development in China
recent years, commercial plexes have emerged among nationwide major
, mercial plexes did not integrate into the urban
space,and there is no way to create a mercial value, to the city will bring
negative impact. It not only created an enormous waste of resources,but also brought
a number of series urban problems,such as : urban transport systems were sluggish,
decreased the city productivity, made the quality of urban e down and urban
commercial environment recession,Etc. Thus, this paper anic integration
issues and proposed problem-solving strategies and mendations from the macro-,
meso-and micro-level,though the theoretical analysis, bined with the practical
research on May 1st Plaza region in Changsha city. anic integration between
commercial plexes and urban space were proposed from city traffic, city
