一、特点
1、独特的油路设计,结构简单控制方便,通过单个换向通断即可控制分度头所有动作。
2、速度快、冲击小,60°(20L/min),无分度频率限制。
3、经过渗碳淬火处理的大直径双端齿定位,配合大口径油缸锁紧,精度高、耐用性好,夹紧力大、刚性强。
4、端齿部采用新型防尘圈密封,可有效防止碎屑及冷却液侵入;主轴前端采用大直径轴承支撑,承载力强。
5、通过简单改动调整即可实现6、8、12、24等分间任意转换。
