基于Visual Basic的汽配管理系统
摘要:汽车配件管理系统的目的是为企业提供一个计算机化的管理平台,促进企业管理信息化,规范化,将能使管理人员从繁琐的杂务工作中解脱出来。首先对Visual Basic,Access这两种开发工具的原理和应用进行了简单的介绍,然后针对具体项目展开研究,进行需求分析,模块划分与设计,最后对整个系统进行了详细的分析和设计,在设计与实现过程中,结合源代码,具体的描述出整个项目的开发过程。系统的主要功能包括:用户权限的设置,对配件的进、销、存的管理,查询配件的信息,还有对数据的备份。

Abstract: Auto parts management system is aimed at providing puterized management platform, promoting the informatization and standardization of enterprise management. The introduction of axiom and application on the these two exploiting tools, Visual Basic and Access should be made at first. Then, according to the research carried out on the projects, the analysis on the demands should be done, module design and division should be done, last, the particular analysis and design on the whole system should be bining with sourcecode, a particular introduction of the developmental procedure on the project was made, during the procedure between designing and realizing. the major functions of the system includes: user permissions settings, the management of the ing, selling and storing of the accessories, checking the information of the accessories and also backuping of the data.

随着信息化社会带给我们的冲击越来越强烈,信息化管理和信息化设备已经深入到我们生活的方方面面,同时,信息时代带给配件管理系统强烈的冲击。目前大多数汽车配件销售企业的管理还是手工进行,随着汽车配件行业的迅速发展,手工管理的种种弊端暴露无疑,给销售企业的发展带来了不必要的麻烦。为了规范企业内部管理,提高企业业务管理水平,更好的为客户服务,应采用计算机来管理汽车配件的日常
业务。
系统的实施,将能使管理人员从繁琐的杂务工作中解脱出来,真正从事管理工作。集
