冬虫夏草的研究进展

摘要:冬虫夏草是著名的传统中药,主要产于青藏高原及其周边高海拔地区,是十分有限的著名稀缺的药用中药材之一。冬虫夏草具有多种药用功效:补肺益肾、止血化痰之功效,可主治气短喘咳,自汗盗汗,阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,病后久虚不复等症,长期以来便被视为珍贵的中药和藏药,享誉全世界。由于生长环境和寄生条件特殊而严格,加上近年来采挖过度,天然资源紧张,价格昂贵。本文综述了近几年来国内外在冬虫夏草的无性型的鉴定、天然虫草与人工菌丝体的药化、药理的研究以及冬虫夏草的人工栽培、冬虫夏草菌丝体的深层培养方面做了大量的研究工作,并提出了有待进一步研究商摧问题。

Abstract
In this paper the research progress in Cordyceps sinensis, a farmous traditional Chinese meidicine,which live in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, is one of Chinese herbal medicine which is a culture of Annmorph , Cordyceps sinensis was discussed by its expense and rare resources,with extremely important pharmacological value. Cordyceps sinensis has many medicinal efficacy: tonifying lung and benefiting kidney, hemostatic aweto, attending to asthmatic cough shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating, night sweats impotence spermatorrhea, waist knee ache, disease after long virtual no longer wait for disease. In recent years, because natural Cordyceps sinensis has been over-collected, this resource was on the brink of paper included the identication of the anarnorph,the isolation and analysis of the ponents of Cordyceps sinensis and its pharmacology,and the researches are Important for the sustainable utilization and development of Cordyceps sinensis.

前言
冬虫夏草(Cordycepssinensis(Berk))简称虫草(CS),为我国滋补强壮名贵药材宝库的“雪山奇药”,自古以来,虫草一直被作为我国中草药宝库中的瑰宝,得到重视与应用,并与人参、鹿茸一起列为中国三大补品,具有重要的药用价值和广泛的药理作用。
我国对冬虫夏草的药用价值的认识与研究源远流长,在一些中医药书中都有记载。藏医药古典名著《月王药诊》(公元8世纪)就收载了牙儿札更布(藏语冬虫夏草),并云其能“治肺部疾病。”《本草纲目·卷三十九》(1578)中,收载的雪蚕(雪蛆),在生活史、性味、功效、形态、环境及产地等方面,都与冬虫夏草相同或相似,并云其具有“甘寒无毒,解内热疾渴”之功效。清代吴仪洛著《本草从新·卷一》(1757),首次记载了冬虫夏草的药用价值,称“冬虫夏草,甘平保肺,益肾
