文档介绍:变电站数字化保护动模测试系统的研究
摘要
随着IEC 61850标准的实施和电子互感器、智能断路器等新设备的推广,变电站正进入“数字化时代”。这些新技术的应用给变电站自动化系统带来了重大变革,也给站内继电保护装置的检测带来了新的挑战。基于IEC 61850标准的保护装置可以直接利用电子式互感器采集的数字化电流、电压信息,并且通过数字命令控制智能断路器,其硬件结构和信息处理方式均与传统的模拟输入式保护有很大的差异,传统的保护测试方法也将不再适用。因此深入研究数字化保护的测试方法,制定数字化保护的测试标准,有着十分重要的现实意义和应用价值。
通过查阅相关的资料,我学习了数字化变电站的数字特征;同时对数字化变电站的发展概况有了一定的了解,包括:国外数字化变电站的发展概况,国内变电站的发展概况。
通过复习所学的专业知识,我对数字化变电站的相关应用技术有了全面的理解,包括:电子式互感器、合并单元、智能断路器的工作原理和工程应用;IEC 61850标准的基本内容。
在此基础上,我提出了基于电子式互感器的数字化保护动态模拟测试方案。该方案通过对传统的动模测试系统进行升级改造,在保留其原有电磁式互感器的基础上,配置了电子式互感器的合并单元,将数字量电气信息提供给被测数字化保护装置;与此同时,采用光纤以太网将保护装置发出的跳合闸GOOSE信息提供给智能开关单元、数字录波器等设备,实现了对数字化保护装置的全面测试。
最后,参照现有的保护测试方法,制定了基于数字化动模测试平台的数字化变压器保护、线路保护和母线保护的详细测试方案。

ABSTRACT
With the application of IEC 61850 and the popularity of electronic transducers, intelligent breakers and other IEDs (intelligent electronic devices),the substation automation system is going to digital stages. These new technology has brought significant reform to substation automation system, and also new challengers to relay devices protection equipments based on IEC 61850(this paper called digital protection)get digital siginal of currents and voltages directly from electronic transducers and issue digital tripping signal to intelligent breaker. Such digital protection relays are different from traditional puter based relays in both hardware and signal processing. The traditional relay testing methods are no ever adaptable to such new type of relays. So it has important practical significance and big applied value to research digtal protection testing methods and formulate testing standards.
Through the access relevant information, I learn the digital technology of digital substation; Meanwhile, it also introduced the development situation of the digital substation.
