摘要
土地利用结构是土地资源在各产业间的配置、比例关系及利用强度
状况的反映。土地利用结构决定土地利用系统的功能,合理的土地利用
结构能够保持土地利用系统的良性循环,提高土地利用的综合效率,促
进城市的可持续发展。土地合理利用战略的制定和实施,需要对土地利
用结构进行综合评价,即掌握土地利用结构的特征,发现土地利用过程
中存在的问题,探索土地利用结构调控的方向。本文就以此为目的,对
柳州市土地利用结构进行综合评价研究。
论文应用系统理论、景观生态学理论、数理统计理论、区位理论和
集约利用理论作为研究的理论支撑,选用地理信息系统作为研究平台,
从城市规划学的维度出发,建立符合柳州市城市性质和特点的土地利用
结构评价体系,对柳州市土地利用空间结构和强度结构进行定性和定量
的综合评价,提出柳州市土地利用结构近远期的调控建议,为相应层次
的城市规划和土地利用规划的编制工作提供参考依据。

RESEARCH PREHENSIVE EVALUATION
SYSTEM OF LAND USE STRUCTURE OF LIUZHOU
ABSTRACT
Land use structure is the reflection of configuration proportional
relationship and use intensity of land resources in each industries. Land use
structure determines the function of land use system, so reasonable land use
structure is able to keep the benign recycle and prehensive
efficiency of land use system as well as to improve city’s sustainable
development. In order to constitute and actualize reasonable land use
stratagem, comprehensive evaluation of land use structure is needed which
means to mastery the characters and problems as well as explore the
adjustment directions of land use structure. The research prehensive
evaluation of land use structure of Liuzhou is based on this aim.
Investigative theory of the thesis which is based on geography
information system is system theory, landscape ecology theory, mathematical

statistics theory, location theory and intensive use theory. Evaluation system
of land use structure according with the characters of Liuzhou city is built up
from the dimensionality of urban planning subject. On the base of qualitative
and prehensive evaluation including land use spatial
structure and intensity structure, the near and long-term future adjustment
suggestions of land use structure of Liuzhou is raised which provide
references for corresponding urban planning and land use planning.
