摘要
随着科学技术的进步和生产力的发展,顾客消费水平不断提高,消费需求日益多样化和个性化。21世纪,顾客拥有越来越大的决定权力,每个企业都将面临更大的外部压力和更严峻的挑战。以前是企业和企业之间的竞争,21世纪将是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。正因为如此,供应链的研究在近几年受到了越来越多的重视,主要在供应链的不确定性,伙伴关系选择,二级供应链的优化以及供应链中信息共享、协调等。随着制造成本的提高,响应周期的缩短以及生产精细化程度的提高,生产活动对制造企业的要求越来越高,依靠单个企业的活动很难从整体上对时间和成本进行控制。实施供应链协同制造,建立基于整体供应链的信息协调系统,可以从供应链整体的角度对生产活动进行控制协调,实时反馈制造过程中的生产信息,为制造活动的执行提供有效信息支持。近十年以来,国际化、动态化的市场竞争日益激烈,产品种类飞速增加,交货周期日益缩短,市场需求波动不定等因素给供应链管理带来了巨大的挑战,物流的重要性也日益突显。如何及时满足客户的需求以及市场的变化?如何降低运营成本并最终提高企业核心竞争力?这在很大程度上取决于企业如何整合供应链资源,发挥供应链整体优势。企业的管理是对企业供应链的管理,供应链管理改变传统的企业之间相互竞争的关系,建立了一种双赢的合作伙伴关系,从整体上改变了整个供应链的效益。同时供应链管理也成为企业管理中的重要内容,供应链管理的好坏不仅直接影响到企业自身的利益,而直接影响到供应链中其他企业的直接利益。因此,研究供应链管理是非常必要的。
