忻州师范学院毕业生管理系统的设计与实现
摘要:通过对忻州师范学院毕业生管理部门的需求调查和分析,设计了《忻州师范学院毕业生管理系统》。系统采用Client/Server体系结构,开发工具和数据库选用 PowerBuilder SQL Server 2000。
系统包括信息维护、信息查询、信息统计、数据管理和用户管理五个功能模块。其中信息维护模块提供对毕业生信息、用人单位信息、签约信息进行增加、删除、修改的功能;信息查询模块提供对毕业生信息、用人单位信息、签约信息进行查询的功能;信息统计模块提供毕业生签约状况统计和用人单位需求岗位的统计功能;数据管理模块包括数据库备份、数据库还原和系统初始化;用户管理模块包括用户信息管理和密码修改功能。

Abstract:This article investigates and analyzes the needs of the Graduate Management in Xinzhou Teachers University and designs the "Xinzhou Teachers University graduate management system". The system adopts Client/Server architecture and uses as development tools and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as background database.
The system consists of five functional sections: information maintenance, information query, information statistics, date management and user management. The information maintenance offers the functions of adding, deleting and modifying on the graduate information, employer information and contract information. The information query provides the function of the query on the graduate information, employer information and contract information. The information statistics gives the functions of contract status of graduates and employers demand posts statistics. Data management includes the functions of data backup, data restore and data initialization. The user management includes functions of user information management and user password changing.
