摘要:
21 世纪世界将进入高铁时代。中国高铁建设迎头赶上,“四纵四横”建设已全面展开。高速铁路
的快速发展,将在加快城市群内部的同城化趋势的同时,促进各大城市群之间的经济联系,区域
经济一体化趋势将更加明显。中国在加快高铁建设的同时,应避免出现对区域经济发展的负溢出
效应,同时处理好高铁与其他运输工具的关系也非常重要。

Abstract: It will be high-speed rail era in the twenty-first century. China is forging ahead
on high-speed rail construction. Four longitudinal and four horizontal railway construction
is in full swing. The rapid development of high-speed rail will accelerate urban integration
in metropolitan area and promote the establishment of closer links between the metropolitan
areas. Regional economies will be more integrated. When speed up the high-speed rail
construction, we should avoid negative spillover effect, and take care of the relationship
between high-speed rail and other means of transport.
