办公建筑节能设计研究
摘要
在能源危机日益严重、全球环境不断恶化的今天,提倡建筑节能是非常必要的。近
年来,我国公共建筑建设量惊人,能耗巨大。我国于 2005 年颁布并实施了《公共建筑
节能设计标准》(GB 50189-2005),使得公共建筑的节能设计有了依据。本文选择办公建
筑为研究对象是因为办公建筑是公共建筑中建设量最大的,而且其在一定程度上能够表
征其它类型公共建筑的特点。研究办公建筑节能,旨在研究公共建筑节能,从而提出一
套完善、科学、系统的节能措施,用以改善公共建筑的室内环境,提高能源的利用效率。
论文阐述了课题研究的背景,指出了课题提出的原因及研究的目和意义,介绍了国
内外建筑节能概况,分析了办公建筑的建筑特点和能耗特点,并针对这些特点,详细论
述了办公建筑的节能设计策略,然后将理论应用于实践,完成了一办公楼的节能设计,
最后,对办公建筑的节能设计要点进行了总结,并提出了自己的看法。

A STUDY FOR THE DESIGN OF ENERGY
EFFICIENCY IN OFFICE BUILDINGS
ABSTRACT
Today, as the energy crisis is increasingly serious, and the world environment is
continuously depravating, it is necessary to promote energy efficiency in buildings. In recent
years, the construction of public building is astonishing, and the engergy consume is huge.
《The Standard of Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings》(GB 50189-2005) was promulgated
and implemented in the year of 2005. It is the basis of energy efficiency in public buildings
This paper chooses office buildings as the research objiect because its construction is the
biggist and to some extent it can take the characteristics of other public buildings. The
research of office building is aimed at the research of public building. Then a series of perfect,
scientific and systematic measures of energy efficiency is put forward to improve the indoor
environment and to make efficient use of energy in public buildings.
The paper expatiates the background of the research, points out the reason, the purpose
and the meaning of the research, introduces the general situation of demistic and international
energy efficiency, analyses the architectural characteristics and energy-consuming
characteristics of office buildings, aimed at these characteristics, elaborates on the measures
of energy efficiency in office buildings, and then, complete the design of an energy-efficiency
office building to put the theory in
