摘要
人类经济的发展,在经历了农业经济、工业经济、服务经济的依次演变后,
体验经济,这种以消费者作为价值创造主体、产消合一、每个人以个性化方式参
与进来,且获得难忘经历的经济形态,掀起经济领域的狂潮,席卷世界的同时,
也有力的冲击着中国!
这种新经济模式蕴含着神奇的智慧且引起当代社会生活的巨大改变,影响人
类在生活方式、思维方式、行为模式、生存价值等方面的重新思考。这一切强烈
震撼着笔者的心灵。在参与长沙太平街历史文化街区保护与复兴项目的过程中,
笔者意识到体验经济与历史街区更新之间一定也存在某种联系。体验经济是否可
以借用为历史街区更新的新动力?体验经济下历史街区更新的侧重点、兴奋点会
是什么?
带着这些问题,笔者从探讨体验经济与历史街区的关系出发,探寻体验经济
下人的“体验需求”、“体验价值”及其与历史街区的内在关系,尝试性地提出“体
验空间”的概念,分析体验空间营造如何受文化、自由创造、以及传统视觉下的
空间内容与限定要素的影响与制约,剖析体验空间的涵义该如何创造,指出新旧
空间的协调共生是历史街区空间营造的最终目标,进而提出历史街区体验空间营
造原则。同时,从历史街区街巷空间与建筑空间两个方面探讨体验空间营造的具
体方法,表明新的元素如何与原有空间元素协调是历史街区体验空间创作的重点。
体验经济“侵袭”而来,休闲文化大行其道,历史街区这片文化的沃土,成
为体验需求的理想之地,这一切使得“体验空间”研究有了迫切的现实意义,作
者提出:
1、体验空间是体验经济理论与历史街区更新相结合而发生的一种“新概念”,
是人的物质生活丰富、需求满足后的精神生活追求新表现:体验需求。
2、营造具有魅力的体验空间,是在“深入剖析了具有多样性与复杂性特点的
空间要素、领悟了空间的文化性与自由创造性”后的思索与表达。
3、从体验的角度来优化街巷空间结构、调整建筑空间形态、创造富有体验趣
味的意义空间,是建筑与城市设计的新解读、新视角,也是一种新方法。
4、考虑到体验空间的时代性与适应性,将体验空间概念不仅用于历史街区更
新,也同时引入新建筑创作,也有着十分积极的意义。

Abstract
The economy has experienced agricultural economy, industry economy, serving
economy. Now experience economy is growing. Experience economy is value with the
consumer. Everyone uses to participate in on individual way, and then get an
ettable experience. Experience economy not only lifts the economic field
violent surge, sweeps over the world, also forceful impingements China!
This kind of economy mode contains magical wisdom and makes the present
social life change greatly. It makes human being rethink mode of life-style, thinking,
behavior, survival value and so on. All of these are shaking the author's intensely soul.
During the process of protecting and renewing the historic culture street project in
Changsha Tai Ping Street, the author realizes that there are some relationships
between the experience economy and the renewing of the historic block. Can
