摘要
随着我国今年基础建设工程投入的增加,钢筋加工行业的市场愈加发展,钢筋加工机械是工程建筑行业不可或缺的作业工具。就钢筋弯曲机的具体传动方案,目前可主要划分为“带-两级齿轮-涡轮蜗杆传动”及“带-三级齿轮传动”两种。目前,钢筋弯曲机的结构性能、操作方法及综合技术等方面还有很大的提升空间。这个课题主要内容是通过对过去钢筋弯曲机的机械系统的设计方案进行比较,应用传统零件及电动机功率的基础上对本次设计所要求的钢筋弯曲角度和加工钢筋直径进行机械系统方面的设计,使其能成为满足加工直径为6-32mm的钢筋弯曲机,增大钢筋的加工范围,提高工作效率,减轻钢筋加工的工作强度,保证建筑工程的进度及质量。本次设计主要应用本科所学知识,对其工作原理进行分析与阐述,在对电机的选取,传动比的分配,圆柱齿轮和V带的设计与选取,轴的设计与校核方面进行设计。

Abstract
With the increase of our country infrastructure construction investment this year, steel processing industry market increasingly development, steel processing machinery is operating an indispensable tool for engineering construction industry. The specific transmission scheme of reinforcing steel bending machine, at present can be divided into "the band - two gear - worm drive" and "take - three - stage gear drive" two. At present, steel bending machine performance structure, operating method and control prehensive technical index etc. there is still much room for improvement. The main issue is parison of design schemes of the past through a steel bar bending machine mechanical system, based on the application of traditional parts and motor power of reinforced bar bending angle required the design and processing of steel bar diameter design machine system, so that it can be meet the processing diameter of reinforcing steel bending machine, 6-32mm, the increase of reinforced just add processing range, improve the work efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of steel processing, ensure the quality and progress of construction engineering. The design of the main application undergraduate knowledge, analyzes and expounds on its working principle, the selection of motor, transmission ratio of the distribution, and the selection of design of the cylindrical gear and V, design and check the shaft design.
