文档介绍:巨噬细胞在骨髓干细胞动员促深静脉血栓溶解中的作用
【摘要】目的:探讨骨髓干细胞动员对深静脉血栓中巨噬细胞密度和功能的作用。方法:SD成年大鼠随机分为假手术组、血栓组和rhG-CSF组。分析术后第7、14天血栓中巨噬细胞密度变化并在电子显微镜下观察血栓中巨噬细胞的功能。结果:rhG-CSF组血栓中巨噬细胞密度明显增加,与血栓组相比差异有统计学意义(P<)。巨噬细胞吞噬功能活跃,溶酶体和吞噬体增多,常见新生幼稚血管和成熟再通血管。结论:骨髓干细胞动员增加了血栓中巨噬细胞密度,增强了其功能,促进了血栓溶解吸收过程。

【ABSTRAT】 Objective: To discuss the effect of bone marrow stem cell mobilization on density and function of macrophages in deep vein thrombosis. Methods: Adult SD rats were divided randomly into sham operation group, thrombus group and rhG-CSF group. Analyzed the density change of macrophages in thrombus on the 7th and 14th day after operation and observed the function of macrophages in thrombus by electron microscope. Results: Density of macrophages in thrombus significantly increased in rhG-CSF group, compared with that in thrombus group(P<). Macrophage phagocytic function was active, lysosomes and phagosomes increased, neonatal immature blood vessels and mature recanalized blood vessels mon. Co
nclusion: Bone marrow stem cell mobilization increases the density of macrophages in thrombus, enhances the
function of macrophages in thrombus, promotes the process of thrombolysis and the absorption of thrombus.
