总体目标(Goals)(I)
Richards (2002)defines curriculum goals as "general statements of the intended es of language program, and represent what the curriculum planners believe to be desirable and attainable program aims based on the constraints revealed in the needs analysis. Goals can be used as a basis for developing more specific descriptions of the intended es of the program (the program objectives)."
