在当今的社会条件下,市场竞争越来越激烈,而竞争的焦点和实质是质量。质量的概念就发生了根本性的变化。要把质量搞上去,就必须把有限的资源合理的组织起来汇集到提高和改进质量的目标上去;而在所有的资源中,人是最重要最活跃、最起作用的因素。当管理与质量有关时,则为质量管理。质量管理是在质量方面指挥和控制组织的协调活动,通常包括制定质量方针、目标以及质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进等活动。要做到这些,就要在企业内部建立、贯彻并落实质量管理体系,真正把质量管理这一行之有效的管理模式融入企业每个员工的思想。这是保障企业提高服务质量的有效方法,也是进行人力资源开发的有效手段,是实现企业员工参与质量改进的有效途径,是依靠广大员工办好企业的一项重要措施,是提高企业竞争力的一个有效途径。本文以风机制造企业贤龙公司作为研究对象,通过对其质量管理现状和存在的问题进行分析研究,希望通过对贤龙公司质量管理系统的研究和分析,尝试扩大质量管理的范围,把质量管理的思想和方法移植到企业的日常管理工作中,研究质量持续改进的理论,对贤龙公司质量管理提出改进对策,从而形成统一的质量方针和目标,为企业进一步发展提供一些思路。
