竹纤维是从竹子中提取出来的一种天然纤维材料,竹纤维除了具有天然纤维素纤维的优良特性外,其组织物经特定加工后,具有很高的绿色环保性、良好的透气性、独特的回弹性、瞬间吸水性及较强的纵向和横向强度等,因而受到越来越多行业的重视与利用,广泛用于纺织、建筑等行业。我国竹资源非常的丰富,我们应当对竹纤维这种新材料进行更加全面的研究,对它进行更加充分的开发和利用。
目前我国还没有专用竹纤维的分级筛选设备,采用振动筛分可望解决竹纤维的分级筛选问题。圆振动筛可以很好地解决此类问题,因此本次设计的竹纤维分级筛选设备是仿照圆振动筛,该系列振动筛主要用于煤炭行业中物料分级、脱水、脱泥、脱介等作业。其工作可靠,筛分效率高,但设备自身较重。设计分析论述了设计方案,包括振动筛的分类与特点和设计方案的确定;合理设计振动筛的结构尺寸;进行了激振器的偏心块等设计与计算,包括原始的设计参数,电动机的设计与校核;进行了主要零部件的设计与计算,皮带的设计计算与校核,弹簧的设计计算,轴的强度计算,轴承的选择与计算,然后进行了设备维修、安装、润滑及密封的设计,最后进行了振动筛的环保以及经济分析。

Abstract
