保障。本文针对温州城市土地集约化利用问题进行探讨,对土地集约利用的内涵
进行阐述,分析了现阶段温州城市土地集约利用的现状和特点。在此基础上,构
建了城市土地集约利用评价体系,综合分析了的土地利用状况及土地集约利用现

A study on the Intensive use of urban land
Abstract: The land, as limited resource, is an important resource and material for
human survival and development. In this paper, I take the XX City for example to
explore and explain the problem of the intensive use of urban land, and analyze its
present situation and the characteristics. On this basis, I construct an estimate system
of the intensive use of urban land, make prehensive analysis of the utilization of
land as well as the present situation of the intensive use of urban land in XX, and
