一个好的薪酬制度不仅能提高员工积极性,而且提高员工忠诚度,减少企业人员流动成本。要构建好的薪酬体系,关键要掌握薪酬设计的方法。现代企业的竞争,已经由以前的经济资本的竞争,过渡为智力资本的竞争,归根到底就是人力资源开发与知识运用的竞争。其中,人力资源的激励是一个极其重要的方面,创造一个良性循环的工作环境,建立完善的约束机制与激励机制,是吸引优秀人才、留住优秀人才、激发员工工作积极性的重要举措。本文从A企业实际情况出发,以激励理论为指导,对公司的薪酬激励进行了深入地分析,找出在薪酬激励中容易出现的问题,以及找出相应的对策来解决问题。从而提高薪酬激励的有效性。
