摘要
随着世界金融的全球化、一体化发展,我国的经济与国际经济的结合程度越来越高,人民币汇率的变动对我国进出口贸易的影响愈发显著。自2005年我国进行汇率改革以来,人民币汇率持续升值,针对这一现象,本文首先分析了人民币汇率变动的原因,通过对影响我国人民币汇率变动的原因进行分析,探讨了人民币汇率变动对我国进出口贸易积极影响和消极影响,并针对这些影响提出了一些对策与建议,以使人民币汇率变动对我国进出口贸易的消极影响降到最低。

Analysis of the Impact of RMB Exchange Rate on China's 
Import and Export Trade and It’s Countermeasures

Abstract
Along with the development of the financial globalization and integration, the increasing degree of our country's economy and international economy is high. The impact of RMB exchange rate changes of China's import and export trade is more significant. Since 2005, China's exchange rate reform, the RMB exchange rate continued appreciation .In view of this phenomenon, this paper first analyzes the reasons of the RMB exchange rate change, through the analysis on reasons of the impact of China's RMB exchange rate fluctuation ,we get the positive and negative effects on China's import and export trade, and we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to these effects so that negative influence of the RMB exchange rate change on China's import and export trade is down to the lowest.

引言
改革开发以来,人民币汇率逐渐发展为国民经济的稳健发展与内外均衡的经济变量。国际金融界一直对我国持续已久的贸易顺差进行着指责,近年来,鉴于出口导向型经济取得的巨大成就,中欧及中美双边贸易都呈现贸易顺差继续扩大的现状,人民币升值已经成为必然,因此人民币汇率成为我国进出口贸易前进的主要影响因素之一。
随着世界金融的全球化、一体化发展,再加上我国已然加入世界贸易组织,我国的经济与国际经济的结合程度越来越高,对外开放不断深化,进出口迅速增长。这样人民币汇率的变动对我国进出口贸易的影响愈发显著。本文探讨了一些人民币汇率变动对我国进出口贸易积极影响和消极影响。
