北京某综合楼空调系统设计
摘要
本设计为北京某综合楼空调系统设计。本工程位于北京市区,地下1层为车库及设备用房,地上6层,一层商场,二至六层宾馆,总建筑面积约7000m2。全楼采用集中供给空调方式,机房中设置三台水冷单螺杆式冷水机组。
根据各不同的功能房间,将该集中系统分为两种空调送风方式:商场、餐饮大厅、包厢采用全空气系统,由空气处理机组处理送风。客房采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,新风直接从室外引进新风机组,经过过滤、冷却或加热、加湿、送风机加压、处理到室内状态点后直接送入房间,不承担房间冷负荷。根据各种计算结果,通过性价比分析,进行了设备选型,确保设备容量、压强、噪声等方面满足要求。本空调系统的设计力求达到经济、舒适、方便、实用,并尽可能满足节能要求。

Abstract
The design for the design of a building air conditioning system. This project is located in the Beijing area, 1 basement garage and equipment rooms, 6 floors, a layer of shopping malls, two to six-story hotel, with a total construction area of about 7000 m2. The whole building air conditioning, centralized supply three water-cooled single-screw chiller set in the engine room.
According to the various function rooms, the centralized system is divided into two air-conditioned air supply: shopping malls, dining hall, balcony, full air system, air supply air handling units processing. Rooms with independent air system, fan coil, fresh air directly from the outdoors to the introduction of new air handling units, filters, cooling or heating, humidification, blower pressure to deal with the indoor state point directly into the room, does not assume the room cooling load. Results according to various calculations, cost analysis, equipment selection, to ensure that the equipment capacity, pressure, noise, etc. to meet the requirements. The air conditioning system design seeks to achieve economic, comfortable, convenient, practical, and, as far as possible to meet the energy requirements.
